WHAT IS THE VISION FOR KCM?
The vision for KCM aligns with our House vision. We are a presence-driven model where we lose to gain and die to live. We exist to help people passionately pursue a life of Heaven on Earth.
WHAT IF I MISSED THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?
Because of our extensive onboarding process, we encourage you to connect to our Kingdom Group: Creatives in Worship. This Kingdom Group will allow you to learn more about the worship culture through gaining community with others. This group consists of dancers, singers, musicians, creative writers, and painters. WHEN ARE AUDITIONS HELD?
Auditions are held once a year in the fall. While we don’t live for stages, we do honor the integrity of the altar. Thus the audition process is both unique and intentional.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO JOIN KCM?
Yes, to serve in any area here at Kingdom Culture Church, individuals are required to go through and complete our Kingdom Connect Classes.
WHY ARE AUDITIONS ONCE A YEAR?
We have an understanding that culture is who you are, not what you do. Because we are a presence-driven model, the onboarding and development process is purposefully structured.
We empower team members to live from their daily encounters with Jesus to facilitate a move of God. Not only does it require skill but the heart must be teachable, humble, and faithful before leading others. With time, that is learned through culture and development.
