DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO JOIN KCM?
Yes, to serve in any area at Kingdom Culture, individuals are required to complete Kingdom Connect Classes.
WHEN ARE AUDITIONS HELD?
Auditions are held once a year in the fall. While we don’t live for stages, we do honor the integrity of the altar. Thus the audition process is both unique and intentional.
WHAT IF I MISSED THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?
Because of our extensive onboarding process, we encourage you to connect to our Kingdom Group: Creatives in Worship. This Kingdom Group will allow you to learn more about the worship culture through gaining community with others. This group consists of dancers, singers, musicians, creative writers, and painters.
WHAT IS THE VISION FOR KCM?
The vision for KCM aligns with our House vision. We are a presence-driven model where we lose to gain and die to live. We exist to help people passionately pursue a life of Heaven on Earth.
WHY ARE AUDITIONS ONCE A YEAR?
We have an understanding that culture is who you are, not what you do. Because we are a presence-driven model, our onboarding and development process is purposefully structured. Team members are empowered to live from daily encounters with Jesus to facilitate a move of God. This requires not only skill, but a heart that is teachable, humble, and faithful. Over time, that is cultivated through culture and development.
